Romano x Philippines

Seriously, I went through several versions of Philippines before I became satisfied with this style. And even now it's just the hair. She looked too much like Miku and her second style hair (her hair cut) was like too hard to draw out. I felt exhausted every time. By the way, I only inked the outlines. The rest I got lazy and didn't do >.>;;

All right this was a scene I drew out from an RP I'm in. Okay, it...it hasn't happened yet (lol) but it probably will whenever we get to it. Oh yeah I do not own Romano, only Philippines.

Um...Romano and Philippines were sort of like average siblings when they were younger, but rarely ever got along, mainly because he was always the center of Spain's attention, (Though she got over it after some of Spain's officials started bullying her). However, because they were closer in age, they were pretty close, no matter how hard each tries to deny it because Philippines and Romano can always tell when one of them is upset.

Basically what happened was Romano and Philippines went out on a date, Romano forcing her to go whether or not she said yes or no. Romano always did this when he saw something is wrong with her. In the end she told him that she saw America with someone else (making out) and well, she was heartbroken, especially since America was the person she was in love with since after WWII. Romano sees this as upsetting, especially since she was still smiling and acting like every thing was fine and dandy around America when she knew it wasn't. She even tried to tell him (Romano) that it was fine, even though she was crying so much in front of him and this was what happened. He kissed her to shut her up. By the way, I may add another scene in that giant blank space cause it pissing me off now XD

Romano does not belong to me, but Philippines does.
